Founder & CEO
Robert leads Renthops' overall strategy and remains personally involved in underwriting every property added to the portfolio. Before founding Renthops, he built and managed a $50M+ real estate portfolio and was named among Forbes' Top 20 Real Estate Investors under 40. He holds an MBA in Real Estate Finance from Harvard Business School.

Sarah Whitman
Head of Leasing
Sarah spent seven years in luxury residential leasing before joining Renthops to build out its leasing operations from the ground up. She's known for turning first-time renters into long-term residents through clear communication and genuinely fast response times.

Manages the end-to-end leasing pipeline — from tour scheduling to application review — and trains the leasing team on Renthops' transparency-first approach.
James Okafor
Property Operations
James previously managed maintenance operations for a 2,000-unit apartment group before joining Renthops. He built the vendor and inspection network that ensures every listed unit meets Renthops' condition standards before it ever reaches a listing page.

Resident Experience Lead
Priya joined Renthops after years in hospitality management, bringing a service-first mindset to property management — an industry she felt often treated renters as an afterthought. She built Renthops' resident support workflows from scratch.

Marcus brings a background in real estate private equity, where he underwrote multifamily acquisitions before moving into operations. He ensures every property Renthops takes on pencils out sustainably for both the company and its residents.
